Hmm. Just a note for those who use Amazon Mastercard UK. They do not make it very clear but you can cancel it via the number behind the card. Its the Amazon Card services at Halifax 0845 850 7617. Just go through security and then cancel it via the automated system.

Nowadays, selling is the hip! I am sure you have heard of Ebay or similar; if not, the idea is simple. They provide a platform for selling items and you can be the seller at your own home.
This idea is not new and lots of other big players are joining in. Although Ebay gets alot of visitors, (for sellers this is good), but there are too much other sellers from everywhere in the world who are flogging their rubbish just beside you. When I say rubbish, I mean rubbish!. Some sellers actually rip people off by selling under quality items without letting their buyers know.
The solution, well not really full proof, to get around having too much competitors while having only targeted customers, is to move to other platforms. Amazon market place or play trade are good places to look at. They can be said as targeted as what they sell is targeted for mostly online visitors. They have market sense of online sales. As you cannot sell any random varieties other than what they already stock, this will give customers the sense of confidence and reliability.

Well money saving can be considered a long term personal investment. I always have rule of thumb and basically hold to it; having at least 6 months of living money (including all expenses).
A good site I am recommending is moneysavingexpert.com . I find a lot of articles very applicable especially, mortgage reviews, choosing the right banks and using the right credit/debit cards. have a look.

For heavens sake, this took me quite some time to get around. Okay here goes. 1,2,3 easy steps to get ID from MS SQL using datasets.
- In visual studio, under your DAL layer, you should have a dataset where you hold your table adapters.
- right click on the table adapter and click configure to get to your TABLEADAPTER CONFIGURATION Wizard.
- Click on advanced options
- Make sure Refresh the data Table option is checked
- Save the changes
- Go to configure your insert statement in the ADAPTER
- Enter a new line with — Return the applicationsID for the newly created record
SELECT SCOPE_IDENTITY()
- Select the Insert Query and in the Properties box, change ExecuteMode is Scalar
- Going back to your code (or BLL) where you initiated the table adapter, you can access your id using
int x = Convert.ToInt32(myTableAdapter.InsertQuery(……..));
- Remember the convert to else it will give an object error. And Volia! You get the damned product ID.
Pardon my french but this is oddly simple and frustrating to work with.

Heres an interesting link from Google. TrendsCMS Maybe what we see as functionality for comparison, heres my 2 cents worth. Go for popularity: Typo3 Vs Mambo Vs Joomla Vs Wordpress Vs Drupal. Most likely there will be more development in that CMS and hence more people heard of it and more better maintained systems. Its all media and hype if you are looking at CMSes and at the end of the day, its companies who choose to pay for popular upcoming technologies, including Social Networking, Zend Frameworks. etc. My personal fav, if you are looking in to CMSes, For medium to large developments, do Joomla, for quick and simple developments, go for wordpress. If you are more for the development. Use the above CMSes and for heavens sake, go for an additional layer using Zend Framework.
CMSes are good quick front ends that are properly maintained. And for all the custom scripts, use a framework to deliver killer add on apps. That I would say fall into the category of KISS with blazing development speed, delivery and security.
I say that, but at the end of the day, go for one that you feel good with. But if you are stuck for ideas, try my described method, and then verify yourself for the best.

Apparently the square with A and B is the same shade of grey. You would have to use photoshop to see the difference. Some cool trick of eyes for you.

Think Lucky and Be Lucky. This seems to be true. the psychology of staying positive, does affect how and what we get. Laugh at least 10 times a day and recall at least 2 happy things you did everyday.Remember to focus on the goals and work towards them. Lady luck will always stay with you.

Have just sketched up a new layout for a website. Hope its more appealing to the public than the current site. Designing seems to be moving towards simplicity in layout, uniqueness in concept. That to me, currently means a bit attractive picture/animation and simple links that describe what your service is. dont forget your personal recommendation of the day that makes the site special for that period of time.
